1. Are prints available in different sizes? 
Yes, however this depends on the current image ratio and if the desired size will work with the image.

2. Are there extra costs for custom sizes? 

No, however please make sure your size is available.

3. What happens if your product is damaged in shipping?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item , so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. What are your production times? 

  • Photo prints - 2-3 days
  • Metal prints-  3-4 days
  • Canvas prints- 3-5 days
  • Acrylic prints- 7-10 days
  • Shipping times range from 2-7 business days

5. What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds? 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and information on:

  • The best way to contact you. In most cases, you can return your order to us for a refund or exchange of the artwork. 
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable. Please see out refund policy for more information.
